Abstract
Uprava kao ljudska djelatnost, najviše se odnosi na ponašanja ljudi u upravi. Koja je njihova uloga, oblici međuljudske suradnje, popunjavanje radnih mjesta, njihova međusobna komunikacija, nadzor i postupci u upravi i dr. Kad se obrade svi ti elementi, dobije se jasna slika koja, tj. kakva je zapravo ta uprava kao ljudska djelatnost i od čega je načinjena. Glavni je analitički instrument za istraživanje ponašanja ljudi u upravnim organizacijama društvena odnosno organizacijska uloga. I pomoću njih, u radu će se lako napraviti raščlamba ponašanja ljudi u upravi i njihov izvor ponašanja. Znači, svrha rada se odnosi na sve već navedeno, a rad ćemo proći kroz: okvire ljudske djelatnosti, organizacijsku strukturu uprave, ljude u upravi, planiranje u upravi, vođenje u upravi, komunikacije u upravi, nadzor u upravi i teorijskim modelima uprave.
Abstract (english)
Administration as human activity, mostly refers to the behaviors of people in administration. What is their role, forms of interpersonal cooperation, filling jobs, their mutual communication, supervision and procedures in the administration, etc. When all these elements are processed, a clear picture of administration as human activity is made. The main analytical instrument for researching people's behavior in administrative organizations is the social or organizational role. And with their help, the paper will easily analyze the behavior of people in the administration and their source of behavior. So, the purpose of the paper refers to all of the above, and the paper will go through: the framework of human activity, organizational structure of administration, people in administration, planning in administration, leadership in administration, communications in administration, supervision in administration and theoretical models of administration.
