Abstract
Vizije i projekti vezani za autonomna vozila prisutni su u društvu od početka 20. stoljeća. Primjer autonomnog vozila kakvo poznajemo danas prvi put se pojavio krajem 70-ih godina 20. stoljeća. Autonomna su vozila napredna prijevozna sredstva koja se mogu kretati uz minimalnu pomoć čovjeka ili potpuno samostalno, bez ljudskog upravljanja, pri tom koristeći razne senzorske tehnologije za prepoznavanje okoline kao što su radar, lidar ili GPS. Zahvaljujući tvrtki Rimac Automobili, i Hrvatska je jedna od zemalja koja radi na autonomnim tehnologijama. Ovakva vrsta automobila samo je jedna od primjena tehnologija umjetne inteligencije, koje imaju i koje će imati ogroman utjecaj na suvremeno i buduće društvo. Stručnjaci sve više rade na usavršavanju autonomnih automobila i gotovo je sigurno da će njihovo tržište rasti te da će autonomni automobili postati dio čovjekove bliže budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
Visions and projects related to autonomous vehicles have been present in society since the beginning of the 20th century. An example of an autonomous vehicle as we know it today first appeared in the late 1970s. Autonomous vehicles are advanced means of transport that can move with minimal human assistance or completely independently, without human control, using a variety of sensor technologies to identify the environment such as radar, lidar or GPS. Thanks to the company Rimac Automobili, Croatia is also one of the countries working on autonomous technologies. This type of cars is just one of the applications of artificial intelligence technologies, which have and will have a huge impact on modern and future society. Experts are increasingly working to improve autonomous cars and it is almost certain that their market will grow and that autonomous cars will become part of man’s near future.
