Abstract
Ljudski resursi su važan resurs u modernoj ekonomiji. Danas je sve veći naglasak na znanje, primjenu znanja i konkurentnost. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima obuhvaća pribavljanje i odabir kadrova, uvođenje u posao, motiviranje, razvoj karijere, obrazovanje, napredovanje i ocjenjivanje uspješnosti.Podravka je prehrambena tvrtka sa sjedištem u Koprivnici. Najpoznatiji proizvod je vegeta, dodatak jelima. Neke najpoznatije Podravkine marke su: Studenac, Eva, Kviki, Šumi, Belupo, Fant, Čokolino i još mnoge druge.
Abstract (english)
Human resources as such are in important resource of the modern economy. Today there is a growing emphasis on knowledge, knowledge application and competitiveness. Human resources management includes recruitment and selection, motivation, career development, education, promotion and performance appraisal. Podravka is a food company based in Koprivnica. The most famous product is vegeta, an addition to dishes. Some of Podravka’s most famous brands are Studenac, Eva, Kviki, Šumi, Belupo, Fant, Čokolino etc.
