Abstract
Inovacije, odnosno inovativnost predstavljaju izazov s kojim se susreće svako poduzeće tijekom svog životnog ciklusa neovisno o vrsti djelatnosti kojom se bavi. Sposobnost organizacije da inovira i iskoristi prednost inovacija odlučujući je faktor opstanka hotelskih organizacija u današnjem turbulentnom i nestabilnom okruženju. S obzirom da se svake godine povećava konkurencija u hotelskoj industriji jedino hoteli koji ispunjavaju želje i potrebe svakog klijenta, uvodeći inovacije u proizvode i usluge može dulje vrijeme opstati na turističkom tržištu. Cilj rada je prikazati tehnološke i dizajnerske inovacije na primjeru stranih hotela i hotela u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Innovations, inovation, represent challenges that every company faces during its life cycle, regardless of the type of activity in which it is engaged. The ability of an organization to innovate and take advantage of innovation is a decisive factor in the survival of hotel organizatons in todays turbulent and unstable environment. Given that the competition in the hotel industry increases every year, only hotels that meet the wishes and needs of each client, introducing innovations in products and services can survive for a long time in the tourism market. The aim of the paper is to show technological and design innovations on the example of forign hotels and hotels in the Rebulic of Croatia.
