Abstract
Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima počelo se je razvijati 1980-tih godina. Tada je počelo najozbiljnije razumijevanje i tretiranje uloga ljudskih resursa. Kako bi nadmašili konkurenciju, poduzeća se okreću ljudima koji uz pomoć svojih znanja i vještina ispunjavaju radne zadatke te samim time i zadane ciljeve poduzeća. Kako bi se sve odvijalo u najboljem redu, organizacije su razvile Odjel ljudskih potencijala koji obavlja detaljno planiranje ljudskih potencijala, a samim time i pribavljanje kvalitetnih kadrova. Zapošljavanjem obrazovanih i stručnih kadrova osigurava se veća produktivnost i efikasnost rada te samim time se povećava i konkurentska prednost na tržištu te rast poduzeća. Prije procesa pribavljanja poduzeća definiraju opću strategiju pribavljanja koja se temelji na misiji i strategiji organizacije, a određuje temeljni odnos prema ljudima i njihovim potencijalima, odnosno to je postupak kojim se odabiru kandidati koji će najbolje udovoljavati unaprijed određenim zahtjevima posla.
Abstract (english)
Human resource management began to develop in the 1980 s. That was when the most serious understanding and treatment of human resource roles began. In order to outperform the competition, companies turn to people who, with the help of their knowledge and skills, fulfil the work tasks and complete the goals of the company. In order to provide everything right, the organizations have developed a Human resources department that performs detailed human resources planning, and thus the acquisition of quality staff. The employment of educational and professional staff ensures higher productivity and work efficiency, and thus increases the competitive advantage in the market and the growth of the company. Before the procuring process, companies define a general procuring strategy based on the mission and strategy of the organization, and determines the basic attitude towards people and their potentials, it is a process that selects candidates who will do their best to satisfy job requirement.
