Abstract
Financijski izvještaji vrlo su važan segment svakog društva jer je njihova svrha pružanje korisnih informacija vanjskim dionicima društva. Financijski izvještaji upotpunjuju svrhu financijskog računovodstva, pružajući informacije koje utječu na donošenje poslovnih odluka. Razumijevanje financijskih izvještaja prvi je važan korak kako bi investitori, kreditori i ostale interesne skupine dobile informacije o prihodima društva, profitabilnosti, upravljanju imovinom, financijskoj poluzi, protoku novca i trenutnim dioničarskim udjelima.Društvo Koka d.d. dio je poduzeća Vindija d.d. sa sjedištem u Varaždinu koje djeluje već dugi niz godina. Budući da je Društvo vrlo popularno i zavidno uspješno, stalno raste interes za njim. Sukladno tome, raste broj njegovih potrošača, a, samim time se povećava i asortiman ovog Društva. U sklopu ovog završnog rada prikazani su financijski izvještaji kao i analiza putem pokazatelja poslovanja navedenog Društva. Analizom navedenog, ocijenjena je uspješnost poslovanja društva Koka d.d. te su doneseni zaključci na temelju provedene analize.
Abstract (english)
Financial reports are very important segment of every society because their purpose is to offer useful informations to external stakeholders. Financial reports complete purpose of financial accounting by offering informations what affect on making business decisions. The first important step is to understand financial reports needed for getting informations about incomes, profitability, asset managing, financial lever, money flow and current shares. Society Koka d.d. is the part of company Vindija d.d. whit headquarter in Varaždin what acts for many years. Because this Society is very popular and enviously sucessful, interest for this Society grows all the time. According to this, it is growing the number of its consumers and, also, assortment of this Society. Within this final paper, there are shown financial reports and analyse through business indicators of listed Society. After analyse of listed, it is evaluated business efficacy of society Koka d.d. and fetched conclusions based on conducted analyse.
