Abstract
Razvoj društva a sukladno tome i gospodarstva, posebice napredak tehnike i tehnologije, implicira nove oblike odnosa u gospodarstvu. Iz područja svjetskoga razvijenog gospodarstva dolaze informacije o pozitivnim iskustvima angažiranja vanjskih službi u različitim poslovnim situacijama. Takvi oblici suradnje s vanjskim službama (subjektima izvan poslovnog sustava) poznate su pod nazivom outsourcing. Outsourcing možemo sa šireg aspekta definirati kao uključivanje vanjskih suradnika ili drugih tvrtki kako bi obavili određene poslove u nekom poduzeću ili ustanovi. Razlozi za takvo ustupanje poslova mogu biti u težnji za smanjenjem troškova, povećanjem kvalitete i učinkovitosti rokova izvršenja. Dakle, cilj eksternalizacije je povećanje efikasnosti u primarnom području poslovanja nekog poduzeća ili ustanove.
Abstract (english)
The development of society is favorable to this and the economy, the particular advancement of technology and technology implies new forms of relations in the economy. From the area of global economic development comes information about the positive experiences of outsourcing in various business situations. Such forms of cooperation with external services (entities outside the business system) are known as outsourcing. Outsourcing can, in broader terms, be defined as the involvement of outsiders or another company to perform certain tasks in an enterprise or institution. Reasons for outsourcing can be weighted by cost reductions, quality enhancements and existence with constant execution times. Thus, the goal of outsourcing is to increase efficiency in the primary area of business of an enterprise or institution.
