U završnom radu obrađuje se tema pravnih učinaka statusnih promjena trgovačkih društava te proučava proces statusne promjene kod dvaju trgovačkih društava, čija je specifičnost ta da obavljaju komunalnu djelatnost. Stoga se u radu definira kako je zakonski uređeno obavljanje komunalne djelatnosti, što se smatra komunalnom djelatnošću te se objašnjava koje su statusne promjene moguće te kako su uređene zakonom. This final paper studies the topic of legal aspects of company's status changes on the example of the merger case of two companies, whose special features are the fact they perform public services.
