Abstract
Kontroling je stručna podrška menadžmentu usmjerena na spajanje različitih dijelova poduzeća u jednu cjelinu. Pridonosi povećanju efikasnosti i efektivnosti ukupnog poslovanja poduzeća, prikupljajući podatke iz različitih organizacijskih jedinica. Pruža menadžmentu sve potrebne informacije o događajima iz unutarnjeg i vanjskog okruženja, te omogućuje podjelu svojih zadataka i poslova s kojima pridonosi kvalitetnom načinu poslovanja. Kontroling također doprinosi i rješavanju kriznih situacija, odnosno njegovim djelovanjem smanjuje se rizik poslovanja, te je kao takav od ključne važnosti prilikom nastanka krize u poduzeću. Primjena kontrolinga na primjeru poduzeća „Podravka d.d.“ omogućuje kvalitetniji pregled nad cjelokupnom situacijom, odnosno nad poslovanjem poduzeća, što istovremeno omogućuje menadžmentu potrebne informacije za donošenje kvalitetnih odluka o poslovanju poduzeća
Abstract (english)
Controlling is an expert support for management aimed at connecting different parts of the company into one unit. If contributes to increasing the efficiency and efficiency of the company's overall operations by collecting data from different organizational units, providing management with all the necessary information about event from the internal and external environment, and enabling the division of its tasks and tasks with which it contributes to a quality way of doing business. Controlling also contributes to the resolution of crisis situations, i.e. its action reduces the risk of doing business, and as such is crucial in the emergence of a crisis in the company. The application of controlling on the example of the company „Podravka d.d.“ provides a better overview of the overall situation, i.e. overt the business of the company, which at the same time allows management to make the necessary information for making quality decisions about the business of the company.
