Abstract
U ovom završnom radu objašnjeni su i analizirani sustavi ubrizgavanja goriva kod Diesel motora. U prvom poglavlju prikazan je princip rada sustava pumpa – brizgaljka te je objašnjen razvoj uređaja za ubrizgavanje. U drugom poglavlju govori se o regulaciji i vrstama značajkama svakog regulatora kojeg posjeduje svaki sustav ubrizgavanja, a njihova glavna zadaća je da održavaju režim rada motora u normalnim granicama da ne bi došlo do tzv. „bijega motora“ što može dovesti do katastrofalnih posljedica za motor. Također su objašnjeni elektronički regulirani sustavi ubrizgavanja pomoću kojih se postiže točna regulacija početka ubrizgavanja goriva i odmjeravanje količine ubrizganog goriva. U posljednjem poglavlju ovog završnog rada objašnjene su i analizirane brizgaljke, njihov način rada, te vrste brizgaljki.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the fuel injection systems of Diesel engines are explained and analyzed. The first chapter presents the principle of operation of the pump - injector system and explains the development of the injection device. The second chapter discusses the regulation and types of features of each regulator possessed by each injection system, and their main task is to maintain the engine mode within normal limits to avoid the so-called “engine escape” which can lead to catastrophic consequences for the engine. Electronically regulated injection systems (EDC) are also explained, which achieve accurate regulation of the start of fuel injection and metering of the amount of fuel injected. In the last chapter of this final paper, injectors, their mode of operation, and types of injectors are explained and analyzed.
