Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je pobliže opisati dio upravnog postupka koji se odnosi na dokazivanje u upravnom postupku i sva sredstva kojima se javnopravno tijelo pritom koristi. Koristeći se dokaznim sredstvima kao što su: isprave, iskaz svjedoka, nalaz i mišljenje vještaka, očevid te izjava stranke, javnopravno tijelo utvrđuje bitne činjenice i prikuplja dokaze koji će odrediti kako će se određena upravna stvar riješiti. Upravni postupak u Republici Hrvatskoj reguliran je Zakonom o općem upravnom postupku koji je donesen 27. ožujka 2009. godine, a stupio je na snagu 1. siječnja 2010. godine.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is to closely describe a part of the administrative procedure witch refers to attestation in administrative procedure and all the resources that are used in the process.By using evidential resources such as: documents, witness testimony, expert opinion, investigation and party testimony public law body establishes all of the important facts and collects evidence that are going to determine the outcome of the administrative matter.
