Abstract
Poslovanje poduzeća konstantno je izloženo različitim vrstama rizika u svim područjima poslovanja. Rizik se definira kao djelovanje nesigurnosti na ciljeve poduzeća koja može imati za posljedicu pozitivno ili negativno odstupanje od očekivanih rezultata. Ciljevi organizacija mogu biti financijski, ciljevi zaštite zdravlja i okoliša, ali se mogu primijeniti i na cijelo poduzeće. Pravovremeno uočiti rizike i poduzeti odgovarajuće mjere znači izbjeći i financijske učinke koji će se javiti da bi sanirali probleme. Upravljanje rizikom prema normi ISO 31000 organizaciji povećava vjerojatnost postizanja zadanih ciljeva, poboljšavanje radne djelotvornosti, da minimalizira gubitak te poboljša elastičnost organizacije. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje je koncept u kojem poduzeća nastoje uskladiti svoje poslovanje s potrebama društva kako bi otvorila dodatan prostor za uspješno poslovanje, a s vremenom se sve više i više ističe. Društvena odgovornost definirana je u pet područja: upravljanje poslovnim subjektom, ljudska prava, radni odnos, okoliš te dobra i poštena poslovna praksa. Ostvarivanje društvenih ciljeva pomaže kod ostvarivanja pozitivnog imidža što dovodi do privljačenja investitora i potrošača.
Abstract (english)
The management of the company is constantly exposed to different types of risks in all areas of business. The risk is defined as the effect of uncertainty on the goals of a company, which can result in a positive or negative deviation from the expected results. Organizational goals can be financial, health and environmental goals, but they can also apply to the entire company. Identifying risks on time and taking appropiate actions means avoiding the financial effects that can occur as a consequence. Risk management, according to ISO 31000, increases the likelihood of an organization achieving its goals, improving work efficiency, minimizing loss and improving the organization's resilience. Corporate Social Responsibility is a concept in which companies strive to align their business with the needs of the company in order to opet up additional space for successful business, and over time it becomes more and more prominent. Social responsibility is defined in five basic areas: business management, human rights, employment, the environment and good and fair business practices. Achieving social goals helps to achieve a positive image, which leads to attracting investors and consumers.
