Abstract
Integrirana marketinška komunikacija je proces razvoja i primjene različitih oblika persuazivne komunikacije s potrošačima i potencijalnim kupcima u određenom vremenu. Cilj integrirane marketinške komunikacije je izravno utjecati na ponašanje i odluke potrošača koji pokazuju interes za kupovinom, te na taj način osigurati sebi ostanak na tržištu. Oblici integrirane marketinške komunikacije su oglašavanje, izravna marketinška komunikacija, unapređenje prodaje, osobna prodaja, odnosi s javnošću, te publicitet. Svaki od tih oblika jednako je važan, no sve započinje oglašavanjem, koje se definira kao svaki plaćeni oblik obavještavanja javnosti s ciljem utjecanja na prodaju određenog proizvoda. Uz oglašavanje, u radu su detaljno objašnjeni i ostali oblici integrirane marketinške komunikacije. Pravilno korištenje svih oblika integrirane marketinške komunikacije pomoći će poduzeću u stjecanju održivih konkurentskih prednosti, te u što boljem predstavljanju javnosti. Kao primjer integrirane marketinške komunikacije uzet je Lidl koji je poznat kao glavni europski lanac koji trguje hranom. U svijetu je prepoznat po proizvodima koji imaju najbolji odnos cijene i kvalitete. Da bi postigao veliku popularnost bila mu je potrebna dobra marketinška komunikacija o kojoj i danas brine.
Abstract (english)
Integrated marketing communication is the process of developing and implementing different forms of persuasive communication with consumers and potential customers over a period of time. The goal of integrated marketing communication is to directly influence the behavior and decisions of consumers who show an interest in buying, thereby ensuring that they remain in the market. Forms of integrated marketing communication are advertising, direct marketing communication, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations and publicity. Each of these forms is equally important, but it all starts with advertising, which is defined as any paid form of publicity to influence the sale of a particular product. In addition to advertising, the paper explains in detail other forms of integrated marketing communication. Proper use of all forms of integrated marketing communication will help the company to gain sustainable competitive advantages and to make the public more aware. An example of integrated marketing communication is Lidl, which is known as Europe's premier food retailer. It is recognized worldwide for the products that have the best value for money. In order to gain great popularity, he needed good marketing communication, which he still cares about.
