Abstract
Tema ovog rada je usmjerena na upravljanje oglašavanjem. Oglašavanje predstavlja plaćeni, masovni oblik komunikacije specifičnih sadržaja s ciljem informiranja, podsjećanja i poticanja potencijalnog kupca na akciju u odnosu na određenu ideju, proizvod ili uslugu. Kako bi oglašavanje bilo dobro potrebno je razviti dobru komunikaciju s potrošačima. U teoretskom dijelu rada je definiran sam pojam marketinga, zatim komunikacije, integrirane marketinške komunikacije i unapređenja prodaje. Rad je upotpunjen primjerom poduzeća dm drogerie markt, te su opisana njihova načela poslovanja, asortiman proizvoda i načini na koji se oglašavaju.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this paper is focused on advertising management. Advertising is a paid, mass communication of specific content with the purpose of informing, reminding and encouraging a potential customer for discount in relation to a particular idea, product or service. In order for advertising to be good, it is necessary to develop good communication with consumers. The theoretical part of the paper defines the very concept of marketing, then communication, integrated marketing communication and sales promotion. The paper is complemented by the example of dm drogerie markt and describes their business principles, product range and ways of advertising.
