Abstract
Putne isprave hrvatskih državljana, osobna iskaznica te putne i druge isprave stranaca bitne za njihovo putovanje u inozemstvo dio su statusnih prava građana. One su dio koji se odnosi na prava kojima se uređuje pravni položaj pojedinca. Tijela državne uprave dužna su fizičkim i pravnim osobama davati podatke, obavijesti i upute te ima pružati pravnu pomoć u poslovima radi kojih se obraćaju tijelima državne uprave. Na taj način im pomažu pri snalaženju u materiji koja je propisana Zakonom o putnim ispravama, Zakonom o osobnoj iskaznici te Zakonom o strancima. Ovaj rad bavi se upravo ovom važnom materijom kojom se svaki pojedinac susreo kad je namjeravao prelaziti granicu. Putna isprava je javna isprava kojom se dokazuje identitet i državljanstvo pojedinca te služi za putovanje u inozemstvo.
Abstract (english)
Travel documents of Croatian citizens, identity card and travel or other documents of foreigners essential for their travel abroad are part of the status rights of citizens. They are part referring to the law governing the legal status of an individual. The state administration bodies are obliged to physical and legal entities to provide data, notices and instructions and to provide legal assistance in jobs for which they address the state administration bodies. In this way, they help them to deal with issue which is regulated by the Law on Travel Documents, the Identity Card Law and the Law on Foreign Citizens. This paper deals with precisely this important matter that each individual met when he intended to cross the border. A travel document is a public document proving the identity and nationality of an individual and it is used for traveling abroad.
