Abstract
Poslovna strategija menadžerima pokazuje kako stvoriti i održati dinamičan profitabilan posao te donijeti učinkovite strateške odluke. Djelokrug rada poslovne strategije obuhvaća ciljeve vezane uz proizvode/usluge i tržišta, na razini poslovnih jedinica. Pojava konkurenata na tržištu potiče razvoj i napredak poslovanja poduzeća. Stvaranje konkurentske prednosti ovisi o mnoštvu vanjskih i unutarnjih čimbenika koji djeluju na poduzeće, a predstavlja dugotrajan i složen proces. Različitost je izvor vrijednosti koju potrošači dobivaju kada kupuju proizvod ili uslugu. Bez stupnja različitosti potrošači nemaju posebnog razloga kupiti proizvode nekog poduzeća umjesto ponude proizvoda konkurenata. Ključna svrha strategije je stvoriti i nastaviti povećavati određeni stupanj diferencijacije. Održavanje prednosti na tržištu traži od poduzeća da neprekidno pojačava svoju komparativnu prednost. Jednom kada poduzeće postigne prednost, konkurenti imaju veliki odmak koji treba nadmašiti.
Abstract (english)
A business strategy for managers demonstrates how to create and sustain a dynamic, profitable business and make effective strategic decisions. Business scope of business strategy includes goals related to products/services and markets at the business unit’s level. The appearance of competitors at the market encourages the development and advancement of business operations. Creating competitive advantage depends on a multitude of external and internal factors affecting the company, which is a long and complex process. Diversity is a source of value that consumers get when they buy a product or service. Without a certain degree of diversity, consumers do not have a particular reason to buy products from an enterprise instead of competitive products. The key purpose of the strategy is to create and continue to increase a certain degree of differentiation. Maintaining market advantage requires the company to continually increase its comparative advantage. Once an enterprise gains an advantage, competitors have a big gap to overcome.
