Abstract
Međunarodni službenici predstavljaju osobe koje djeluju u sklopu i u ime određene međunarodne organizacije pa bi se moglo reći da međunarodni službenici predstavljaju zaposlenike uz pomoć kojih međunarodne organizacije vrše svoju funkciju i djelatnost prema drugim međunarodnopravnim subjektima. Također, pojam međunarodnih službenika se odnosi i na ostalo zaposleno osoblje unutar međunarodne organizacije. Međunarodni službenici, bez obzira na to iz koje države potječu, uživaju u neovisnosti u smislu da se na njihove aktivnosti i funkcije ne vrši vanjski utjecaj ali istodobno međunarodni službenici ne smiju tražiti ili primati upute van međunarodne organizacije.
Abstract (english)
International officials represent persons acting within and on behalf of a particular international organization, and it may be said that international officials represent employees with the help of which international organizations carry out their function and activities towards other international legal entities. Also, the term international officials refers to other staff employed within an international organization. International officials, irrespective of the country they originate, enjoy independence in the sense that their activities and functions do not exert an external influence, but at the same time international officials should not seek or receive instructions from outside the international organization.
