Abstract
Ekonomika proučava glavna pitanja učinkovitosti proizvodnje na razini gospodarskih subjekata, stoga ona istražuje čimbenike koji utječu na uspješnost poslovanja te definira pravila za poboljšanje poduzeća. Svrha istraživanja je pronaći najbolji način za poboljšanje ciljeva poduzeća, odnosno poboljšanja proizvodnje prodajnih dobara i usluga. Da bi svako poduzeće bilo uspješno potrebna je potpuna angažiranost menadžera i konstantno mjerenje i praćenje proizvodnosti, ekonomičnosti i rentabilnosti poslovanja. Pokazatelji uspješnosti poslovanja su od velike važnosti samom poduzeću, te daju uvid u stvarno stanje poslovanja i pronalaze rješenja za rješavanje postojećih problema. Čimbenike uspješnosti potrebno je stalno pratiti da bi saznali koliki je njihovo utjecaju na cjelokupnu proizvodnju, ekonomičnost i rentabilnost poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Economics studies the main issues of production efficiency at the level of economic entities, so it explores factors that affect business performance and defines rules for enterprise improvement. The purpose of the research is to find the best way to improve company goals, is to improve the production of sales goods and services. In order for every company to succeed, it is necessary to fully engage managers and constantly measure and monitor the productivity, economy and profitability of the business. Business performance indicators are of great importance to the company itself, providing insight into the actual business situation and finding solutions to solving the existing problems. Performance factors need to be constantly monitored to find out how much their impact on the overall production, economy and profitability of the company
