Abstract
U ovom radu govorim o institutu punomoći u građanskom pravu, samoj formi punomoći, vrstama punomoći kao i sadržaju ugovora. Kroz pojmove kao što su poslovna sposobnost, lišenje poslovne sposobnosti, skrbništvo i zastupstvo nastojat ću ukazati na vrijednost instituta punomoći kao ovlaštenja za zastupanje što ga opunomoćitelj pravnim poslom daje opunomoćeniku. Pisajući ovaj rad obogatila sam se novim saznanjima veznim za punomoć koja u današnjem pravnom prometu ima posebnu vrijednost.
Abstract (english)
This tesis is about the institute of power of attorney, the types of power af attorney and the contract content. Via terms such as business abiity, deprivation of business abiity, custody and dealership. I will try to emphasize the value of the institute of power of attorney as the warrant in dealership given to a warante by an authorizer through legal business. Working on this thesis I have gained new insights into the power of attorney, which has a particular value in the current legal traffic.
