Abstract
Od svih prometnih grana (vlakovi, brodovi, avioni), cestovni promet je najveći zagađivač po prevezenom putniku ili toni tereta (robe).U današnje vrijeme postoji visoka zagađenost okoliša te na određenim dijelovima Zemlje padaju kisele kiše. Nadalje, sve jači je efekt staklenika, odnosno, postoji visoka emisija ugljičnog dioksida (CO2) koji u atmosferi stvara sloj koji spriječava hlađenje planeta, što posredno dovodi do porasta temperature na Zemlji. Porastom temperature dolazi do otapanja ledenjaka (što izaziva poplave) kao i do promjene globalnih i lokalnih klimatoloških specifičnosti. Stoga, potrebno je zaštititi planet i smanjiti onečišćenje. Kroz ovaj rad bit će obrađeni glavni oblici zagađenja u cestovnom prometu te moguća rješenja istih.
Abstract (english)
Of all the traffic branches (trains, boats, planes), road traffic is the one that has the highest polution rate per passanger or ton of goods. Nowdays, the polution of the enviorment is high and in various places on Earth it is not uncomon for acid rains to occur. Moreover, the greenhouse effect is on a rise. The greenhouse efect describes the high conentration of carbon dioksid (CO2) in the atmosphere that creates a layer which prevents the cooling and increases the heating of the planet. With the increase of the temperature iceburgs have began to melt (which causes floods) and there have been noticeable changes in global and local climatological specifics. To conclude, it is important to work on defending the planet and finding a way to reduce the polution. In this study, the main forms of polution in road traffic will be described as well as some posible solutions for the same.
