Abstract
Proces poslovanja svakog poduzeća orijentiran je na postizanje pozitivnog financijskog rezultata, odnosno ostvarivanje dobiti. Ekonomika poduzeća ima važnu ulogu u procesu poslovanja poduzeća, budući da je za postizanje ciljeva poželjno da na ekonomičan način iz postojećih resursa izvuče maksimalne koristi. U ovom radu obrađuje se ekonomika poduzeća sa stajališta troškova i njihova upravljanja. Cilj i svrha ovog rada jest opisati troškove i njihov značaj u poslovanju poduzeća te odabir modela upravljanja troškovima na najoptimalniji mogući način kako bi se dobili odgovori na određena pitanja, odnosno kako bi se uz minimalne troškove postigla maksimalna korist za poduzeće.
Abstract (english)
The business process of each company is oriented to achieve a positive financial result, like earning a profit. The economy of the enterprise plays an important role in bussiness since achieving the goals is economically needed from the existing resources to achieve the maximum benefits. The purpose of this paper is to describe the costs and their significance in the business of the company and to select the cost management model in the most optimal way in order to get answers to certain questions and achieve the maximum benefit to the company at minimal cost.
