Abstract
Ovaj rad prikazuje zakonodavstvo, ustroj i organizaciju poslovanja društva s ograničenom odgovornošću. Društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću je trgovačko društvo koje posluje u skladu sa zakonskim i poreznim regulativama Republike Hrvatske. Prema računovodstvenim standardima, društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću obvezno je voditi poslovne knjige po načelu dvojnog knjigovodstva. Poduzeća koja se bave ugostiteljstvom, također su obvezna svoje poslovanje prilagoditi propisanim standardima za vođenje poslovnih knjiga u ugostiteljstvu te poreznim obvezama za ugostitelje. Cilj rada je prikazati pravno-organizacijske pojedinosti poslovanja malog ugostiteljskog poduzeća koje posluje kao društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the legislation, organization and organization of a limited liability company. A limited liability company is a company that operates in accordance with the legal and tax regulations of the Republic of Croatia. According to accounting standards, a limited liability company is obliged to conduct business books on the principle of double-entry bookkeeping. The businesses involved in the catering industry are also obliged to adapt their business to the prescribed standards for the management of the business books in the hospitality industry and to the tax obligations for the caterers. The aim of the paper is to show the legal and organizational details of a small business management company operating as a limited liability company.
