Abstract
Ljudska prava se odnose na pravnu, filozofsku i političku ideju prema kojoj svako ljudsko biće samim činom rođenja, bez obzira na svoj spol, porijeklo ili državljanstvo, stiče određena neotuđiva prava. O ljudskim pravima ne postoji opći konsenzus. Iako se među ljudskim pravima spominju pravo na život, pravo na adekvatni životni standard, zabranu mučenja, slobodu izražavanja, slobodu putovanja, pravo na samoodređenje, pravo na obrazovanje te pravo na sudjelovanje u kulturnom i političkom životu,... More o opsegu i praktičnoj primjeni tih prava postoji cijeli niz sporova između pojedinaca, organizacija i država, od čega su najpoznatije debate o abortusu i smtnoj kazni. U ovome radu riječ ce biti o ljudskim pravima, bazirano na povijest, prava žena kroz povijest, povijest građanskog prava, te deklaracije. Posebno je opisan sustav ljudskih prava u Hrvatskoj, posebno sudovi te Ustav Republike Hrvatske. Human rights are related to the legal, philosophical and political idea that every human being, by birth, regardless of sex, origin, or citizenship, obtains certain inalienable rights. There is no general consensus on human rights. Although human rights include the right to life, the right to an adequate standard of living, the prohibition of torture, freedom of expression, freedom of travel, self-determination, the right to education and the right to participate in cultural and political... More life, the scope and practical application of these rights a whole host of disputes between individuals, organizations and states, the most famous of which are debates about abortion and torture. This artical deals with human rights, based on history, women's rights through history, civil rights history, and declarations. The human rights system in Croatia, in particular the courts and the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, is described in particular.
