Abstract
Organizacijska struktura u turizmu je bitna faktor za razvitak turizma. Obzirom na činjenicu izuzetne složenosti u turizmu s iznimnom brojnošću organizacijskih sudionika od državne, društvene, gospodarske i strukovne organizacijske strukture, turizam predstavlja kompleksnu pojavu u suvremenom društvu, te se zbog toga države koje „rade“ u turizmu trebaju dobro organizirati da bi cijeli sustav funkcionirao. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kompleksnost organizacijske strukture turizma u Hrvatskoj te važnost svake pojedine strukture kako bi se svi procesi u turizmu odvijali djelotvorno.
Abstract (english)
Organizational structure in tourism is substantial for development of tourism. Considering the fact of extreme complexity of the tourism industry with an exceptional adundance of organizational participants for national, social, economic and professional organizational structure, tourism is complex phenomenon in modern society, and therefore states that „work“in tourism should be well organized to make the whole system work. The main focus of this paper is to show complexity of organizational structure of tourism in Croatia, as well as importance of each structure so that every proces in tourism would operate efficently.
