The topic of this final paper is Protection of the Trading Enterprise. The aim of this thesis is to show the way in which the trading enterprise is protected in the legal system of the Republic of Croatia, that is, which rights belong to the enterprise's holder in situations where the rights of the enterprise are violated. The trading enterprise represents the name under which certain trading companies operate and participate in legal transactions, that is, it represents a set of individual characteristics under which a particular company performs its activities and conducts business, which is determined by a social contract, a statement on the establishment of the trading company or by a statute of the trading company. The right to a company represents the private right of its holder, in which case the holder of this right has the right to seek private legal requirements in order to protect the company. The desire for the most successful business is shown by the development of the market. Therefore, it often happens that the companies serve themselves with the enterprise of another company and that they launch their products under foreign, different or similar enterprise. For this reason, there are ways to protect the companies whose rights have been violated in such a way.
