Abstract
U ovom radu obradit ćemo temu Odgovornosti za ratnu štetu. U uvodnom dijelu bit će riječi o osnovnim pojmovima, vrstama i oblicima odgovornosti za štetu. Dalje ćemo vidjeti kako hrvatski propisi obrađuju problematiku Odgovornosti za ratnu štetu. Uz temeljni Zakon o utvrđivanju ratne štete, tu je uputa za primjenu tog Zakona. U središnjem dijelu obrađuje se i to što međunarodni propisi kažu o odgovornosti za štetu. Tu prije svega autor misli na Hašku konvenciju. Nakon toga izneseno je i kako ti... More međunarodni propisi klasificiraju tj. koje su vrste ratnih šteta. U završnom dijelu iznesena su i mišljenja nekih autora koji su obrađivali tu istu problematiku s nekog svog stručnog gledišta. Rad je baziran, prije svega na Odgovornost za štetu u Domovinskom ratu, ali u dijelu rada s međunarodnim propisima, bit će riječi i o odgovornost za ratnu štetu u 2. svjetskom ratu.
