Tema ovog rada sam je pojam pregovaranja i kako ono utječe na poslovni proces. Pregovaranje je jedan od najvažnijih elemenata poslovanja, kao i dio naših života, svakodnevnice. Usklađivanje naših zahtjeva i interesa s našom okolinom zapravo je vođenje pregovora. Velik dio svake komunikacije jest pregovaranje.
