Object of this final work is to point out the importance of employees involvement in organizations as an essential quality management principle. This factor places at the forefront the staff, respectively employees in the company. Given that management is a function that directs human efforts to achieve certain goals, it must possess the knowledge and skills of people management. Through its activities, managers are trying to meet the organization's goals: to increase productivity and profit, to meet all customer specific needs, to introduce technological changes to the work process. Motivation is one of the most important issues in management. The significance of motivation is reflected in the fact that companies achieve goals and results based on employee performance. The more we use the potential of our employees, the greater the ability of our organization to succeed. It can be said that motivating members of an organization is the key to achieving organizational goals. As a best way of involving employees, teamwork has shown in practice. So, we are talking about a method that enables employees to freely present ideas, conclusions, and views from their perspective. Likewise, managing human resources can be termed a conscious association of people, all for easier guidance and to lead the organization as successfully as possible.
