Abstract
U ovom radu su definirani upravno pravni ugovori i upravno sudovanje i njegove karakteristike. Objasniti će se osnovni pojmovi kao npr. uvjeti za sklapanje ugovora, predmet ugovora, ništetnost upravnog ugovora, izmjena ugovora, te kako se daje prigovor na upravni ugovor. Objasniti ćemo što je upravni spor i predmet upravnog spora, te ćemo se osvrnuti na rješavanje sporova iz upravnih ugovora u Njemačkoj, Francuskoj i u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
This paper defines the administrative legal contracts and administrative adjudication and its features. Explain to the basic terms such as, conditions for concluding the contract, the subject of the contract, invalidity of administrative contracts, contract amendments, and that the objects to the contract. We explain what is an administrative dispute and the subject of an administrative dispute, and we will look to resolve disputes of administrative contract in Germany, France and the Republic of Croatia.
