Abstract
Ovaj rad nas pobliže upoznaje sa sve češćim problemima današnjice kojima se u zadnje vrijeme pridodaje dosta važnosti, a to je obrazovanje djece i zaštita njihovih prava. Obrazovanju se pridodaje dosta važnosti jer je u prošlosti bilo dostupno samo malom broju djece, a ni danas još uvijek nije dostupno svoj djeci. Cilj je osigurati svim dječacima i djevojčicama jednak pristup obrazovanju, odvojiti vrijeme za odmor i igru, te omogućiti sudjelovanje u kulturnim aktivnostima. Na sljedećim stranicama opisano je kako je Konvencija o pravima djeteta utjecala na rješavanje tog problema, što je osigurala djeci i kako ih je zaštitila, te kakvu ulogu u pravu djeteta na obrazovanje imaju roditelji i država.
Abstract (english)
This work introduces us to the essentials of today’s problems which have been recently added a lot of importance, and that’s education of children and protection of their rights. Education is very important because in the past it was only available to a small number of children and even today it is not available to every child. The goal is to provide all the boys and the girls equal access to education, time to rest and play, and allow them to participate in cultural activities. The following pages describe how the Convention on the Rights of the Child affected the resolution of this problem, what is provided, how it protected children, and what kind of role parents and state have in child education
