Abstract
Da bi organizacija radila učinkovito, mora utvrditi brojne međusobno povezane radnje i njima upravljati. Razumijevanje troškova i njihovog ponašanja bitno je za menadžere, ekonomiste i investitore s obzirom da se oni na njih oslanjaju pri donošenju poslovnih odluka. Poslovanje svake poslovne jedinice usmjereno je na stvaranje određenih poslovnih učinaka odnosno proizvoda i usluga. Prilikom poslovanja javljaju se i određeni troškovi koji su neizbježan pratilac svakog poslovanja. Oni su resursi koji se žrtvuju odnosno kojih se odriče radi postizanja što veće dugoročne koristi i ostvarenja dobiti. Važno je znati upravljati troškovima, što čini troškove, te kako se ponašaju razne vrste troškova da bi se lakše analizom troškova mogli sagledati napori i rezultati poduzeća. Troškovi su nesumljivo najkvalitetniji pokazatelji uspjeha poslovanja nekog poduzeća. Kako bih se troškovi lakše pratili potrebno ih je klasificirati po određenim kriterijima, planirati i provesti analizu. Kroz ovu temu diplomskog rada prikazat ću kako troškovi djeluju na primjeru poduzeća „Vinoplod – Vinarija“ Šibenik.
Abstract (english)
To make the organization work efficiently, it must identify and manage many interrelated actions. Understanding costs and their behavior is important for managers, economists and investors since they rely on them when making business decisions. The business of each business unit is focused on creating certain business effects, ie products and services. In business, there are also certain costs that are inevitable for each businessman. They are the resources that are sacrificed or waived in order to achieve the long-term benefits and gains. It is important to know how to manage costs, what costs, and how to behave different types of costs so that you can look at the company's efforts and results with the help of cost analysis. Costs are undoubtedly the best quality indicators for a company's business success. In order to keep costs closer, it is necessary to classify them according to certain criteria, to plan and conduct the analysis. Through this topic of graduate thesis I will show how the costs work on the example of the company "Vinoplod - Vinarija" Šibenik.
