Abstract
U ovom radu prikazani su osnovni pojmovi koji se odnose na pojam Zemljišne knjige općenito, te na upise u Zemljišnu knjigu, kao i funkcije i vrste upisa. Rad je koncipiran u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu su ukratko opisani pojam Zemljišnoknjižnog prava i Zemljišne knjige. U drugom dijelu rada, obuhvaćeni su pojam, predmet, pretpostavka upisa, te vrste zemljišnoknjižnih upisa, a to su uknjižba, predbilježba, zabilježba i upis „učiniti vidljivim“. A posebni dio upisa „učiniti vidljivim“ naziva se plomba. U predmetu upisa spadaju knjižna prava, služnosti, stvarni tereti, pravo građenja, založno pravo i ograničena, oročena i uvjetovana knjižna prava. U zadnjem dijelu rada obuhvaćeni su pravni učinci upisa, zaštita knjižnih prava kao i postupak u zemljišnoknjižnim stvarima.
Abstract (english)
In this paper are defined themain concepts of Land Registry and the enrollment inthe Land Registry, functions and types of enrollments. The paper is conceived in few unities. The term of Land Tenur eand Land Registry are shortlydescriptedintheIntroduction. Theterm, case, presumption of entry, and the types of Land Registry entries which are registration, pre – registration, note and the entry “makevisible” are included in the second part of paper. The special part of entry “make visible” is named seal. The case of entry are Book of Rights, easement, the actual charges, rights of the build, hypothec, and limited, deposited and conditioned book of rights. In the last part of paper, included are legal effects of entry, protection of book of rights and the process of land registry thongs.
