Abstract
Uspješno funkcioniranje poduzeća ovisi o kvalitetnom i adekvatnom organiziranju i organizacijskoj strukturi. Odabir organizacijske strukture ovisi o djelatnosti poduzeća i okolini koja ga okružuje. Radi postizanja optimalnih rezultata, organizacijsku strukturu treba prilagođavati internoj i eksternoj okolini kao i njezinim potrebama, boljoj funkcionalnosti te stupnju razvijenosti poduzeća. Cilj rada je objasniti važnost odabira adekvatne organizacijske strukture te na primjeru poduzeća HEP d.d. prikazati organizaciju i organizacijsku strukturu.
Abstract (english)
The successful functioning of the company depends on quality and adequate organization and organizational structure. The choice of organizational structure depends on the business activity and the surrounding environment. In order to achieve optimal results, the organizational structure needs to be tailored to the internal and external environment as well as to its needs, better functionality and degree of enterprise development. The aim of this paper is to explain the importance of selecting an adequate organizational structure with the example of HEP d.d. by showing organization and it`s organizational structure.
