Abstract
Menadžment se nalazi u svim oblicima poslovanja i bez njega organizacije i poduzeća ne mogu poslovati. Bez dobrog menadžmenta nema ni poslovnog uspjeha. Menadžment se sastoji od pet funkcija, a među njima je funkcija vođenja, bez koje nema ostvarenja zacrtanih planova i ciljeva koje organizacije i poduzeća žele ostvariti. Svaki vođa ima svoj način i pristup radu, te su se tijekom vremena razvili različiti stilovi vođenja. Ovisno o karakteru vođe i okolini u kojoj se nalazi, uspješni vođa zna točno procijeniti koji stil vođenja odabrati da sa svojim timom dođe do ostvarenja zacrtanih ciljeva. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati različite stilove vođenja, odabrati najbolje karakterne osobine vođa, te prikazati razlike između vođa i menadžera.
Abstract (english)
Management is in all forms of business and without it organizations and businesses can not do quality job. Without good management there is no business success. Management consists of five functions, including leadership, and without it there is no realization of planned plans and goals that organizations and businesses want to achieve.Every leader has his own way and ap-proach to work, and over the time they have developed different styles of leadership. Depending on the character of the leader and the environment in which the successful leader is located, he knows precisely what kind of leadership style he chooses to achieve goals with his own team. The aim of this paper is to show different leadership styles, to choose the best character traits of a leader, and show differences between leaders and managers.
