Abstract
Kontroliranje je sustavni proces putem kojeg menadžeri reguliraju aktivnosti unutar organizacije kako bi one bile u skladu s očekivanjima postavljenima kroz organizacijsku misiju, ciljeve, planove i standarde izvršenja. Kontroliranje mnogima ima negativan prizvuk, no ono u biti predstavlja pomoć sustavu u adaptaciji na promjene uvjeta, pomoć sustavu da se nosi sa složenošću, ograničenje moguće dodatne eskalacije, te je usmjerena ka minimalizaciji troškova i negativnih efekata. Svrha ovog rada je istražiti važnost kontrole kao funkcije menadžmenta, vrste kontrole kao i alate za kontroliranje.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is a systematic process through which managers regulate activities within an organization to meet expectations set by organizational mission, goals, plans, and performance standards. Controlling for many people has a negative apprehension, but it is essentially helping the system adapt to changing conditions, helping the system to cope with complexity, limiting any additional escalation, and focusing on minimizing costs and negative impacts. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the importance of controlling as management function, type of controlling as well as controlling tools.
