Tourism in Croatia records constant growth lately. The number of arrivals and accommodations is growing from year to year, there for the incomes from tourism are bigger and bigger. Every year touristic offer is better and better, and Zagreb is a great example of such an improvement. Zagreb is the biggest and at the same time the capital city of Croatia, also the political, administrative, economic, financial, scientific, cultural and touristic centre of Croatia. For the last few years many new attractions have been included on the field of tourism. The biggest attention has been payed on some manifestations which have been quite successful, as for example the Advent in Zagreb, which breaks the records of the number of the visitors every year. Development of traffic infrastructure provides safe, comfortable and quick arrival to Zagreb. The purpose of this project is to describe all the elements that the touristic offer of Zagreb consists of and to represent some projects that might improve it in the following years. This project also explains the past of the tourism in the town and it also contains some statistic informations refering to the number of arrivals and accommodations throughout the last few years.
