Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema koja govori o ugovorima o prijevozu putnika u cestovnom prometu . U radu su opisno objašnjeni bitni elementi, oblik i pojam ugovora kao i potreba za zakonodavnom regulacijom istog. Promet je od davnina bitan čimbenik razvoja i funkcioniranja ljudskoga društva, djelujući na naseljenost, proizvodnju, razmjenu i potrošnju. Prometna povezanost postala je imperativ za gospodarski i životni standard. Zadatak države jest zakonodavna regulativa prometa, kroz prometno pravo, kao i strategije i ciljeve razvoja prometa u svrhu poboljšanja kvalitete života ljudi, povećanje povezivosti s ostatkom tržišta.
Abstract (english)
This paper is about passanger transport contracts in road traffic. Paper explains and defines such contract, it's significant elements and forms, but also explains it's legal neccesity. Traffic is an important elememt in society development and functioning, since it impacts density of population and economic activities, such as production, exchange and consumption. Traffic connection have became an imperativ economic and living standard of ony population. The role of state is to legally regulate transport, trougout transport law, but also to develop strategies of transport developement in order to raise quality of life and connection to other markets.
