Abstract
Planiranje kao prva funkcija menadžmenta zauzima izuzetno bitnu poziciju u poslovanju poduzeća. Menadžment poduzeća ima zadatak biti upoznat sa cjelokupnim okruženjem poduzeća temelejm kojeg donosi misiju, viziju, ciljeve i strategiju poduzeća. Planiranje je kontinuirani proces te zahtjeva stalno praćenje kako interne tako i ekserne okoline koja utjeće na sve bitne odluke. Cilj rada je prikazati važnost planiranja te upoznati sa njegovom primjenom u poduzeću Autoškola Barbara Šibenik.
Abstract (english)
Planning as the first management function occupies an extremely important position in the company. Management has a task to be aware with the overall environment which is important to define mission, vision, goals and strategy of the company. Planning is a continuous process and requires constant monitoring of both internal and external environments which constantly affect in all important decisions. The aim of this paper is to show the importance of planning and to represent its application in Autoschool Barbara Šibenik.
