Abstract
Poduzeća se danas nalaze u vrlo promjenjivoj i dinamičnoj okolini, stoga je jako bitno da raspolažu kvalificiranim, stručnim i kvalitetnim zaposlenicima i menadžerima. Vještine zaposlenika, njihovo znanje, obrazovanje i kompetencije predstavljaju konkurentsku prednost poduzeća. Kako bi ta prednost bila konstantna, važno je ulagati u ljudske resurse, odnosno, konstantno ulagati u obrazovanje, nagrađivanje i razvoj zaposlenika. Također, poduzeće mora imati dobro uspostavljenu organizaciju poslovanja i organizacijsku strukturu jer ona predstavlja temelj za uspješno poslovanje poduzeća. Organizacijskom strukturom definira se rad svake službe, odjela, odsjeka, ali i zaposlenika posebno, koji sudjeluje u stvaranju finalnog proizvoda ili usluge. U ovom radu teoretski su određene funkcije organiziranja i kadroviranja, te je na primjeru Opće bolnice Šibensko – kninske županije prikazana organizacijska struktura Službe za ekonomsko financijske i informatičke poslove te specifikacija poslova zaposlenika u Odjelu za informatiku.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, enterprises are surrounded by very variable and dynamic environment. Because of that, it is very important to dispose with qualified, expert and quality employees and managers. Employee's skills, knowledge, education and competences – all this is competitive advantage of enterprises. If enterprise wants to keep this advantage, it is really important to invest in human resources, actually, to invest in education, remuneration and development of employees constantly. Also, enterprise must has good organization and organizational structure – it is foundation for efficient business activity. It defines activities of every service, department, section and every employee individually, who participate in creating final product or service. In this thesis, organizing and staffing are theoretically defined. Also, it is presented organizational structure of Service for economical financial and informatical jobs, specification of jobs in Department for informatics of Common hospital of Sibenik – Knin county.
