Abstract
Cestovna raskrižja su točke u cestovnoj mreži na koje se povezivanjem dvije ili više cesta križaju, isprepleću, spajaju ili razdvajaju prometni tokovi. Raskrižja moraju biti pregledna, osvijetljena i opremljena odgovarajućom signalizacijom, da bi vozač mogao pravodobno procijeniti prometnu situaciju, prilagoditi način i brzinu vožnje. Cestovna raskrižja u Gradu Zadru su većinom u jednoj razini, s infrastrukturnog stajališta su u dobrom stanju, ali s vremenom zahtijevaju rekonstrukciju. Neka od značajnih raskrižja su Kolodvor 1, Kolodvor 2, Marina i Bili brig. Pravilnom rekonstrukcijom nekih cestovnih raskrižja Grad Zadar riješio bi prometne probleme u dijelovima grada gdje se oni nalaze (naročito ljeti kada se stvaraju prometni čepovi). Rekonstrukcijom bi se pridonijelo povečanju protočnosti a sa time i sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu.
Abstract (english)
Road intersections are points on the road network to which two or more roads connect, cross, interconnect, merge or divide traffic flows. The intersection must be inspected, illuminated and equipped with appropriate signaling so that the driver can reasonably assess the traffic situation in a timely manner, adjust the mode and speed of the ride. Road crossings in the City of Zadar are most on one level, with infrastructure views in good condition, but over time require reconstruction. Some of the major intersections are Kolodvor 1, Kolodvor 2, Marina and Bili brig. By proper reconstruction of some road intersections, the City of Zadar solved traffic problems in the parts of the city where it is located (especially in the summer when traffic stoppers are created). Reconstruction would contribute to increased flow and safety of all traffic participants.
