Abstract
Stvaranje stalnih organa predstavljalo je temelj institucionalizacije međunarodnih odnosa i ključni pomak prema uspostavi modernih međunarodnih organizacija. Stalni organi predstavljaju konstitutivni element, koji je bez iznimke, zajednički svim međunarodnim organizacijama. U radu se obrađuju glavni i pomoćni organi međunarodnih organizacija: plenarni organi, izvršni organi, administrativni organi, sudski organi i pomoćni organi. Posljednji dio rada obrađuje proces odlučivanja u međunarodnim organizacijama budući da upravo odlukama koje donose njihovi organi međunarodne organizacije izražavaju svoju volju koja je temelj odvojene pravne osobnosti međunarodnih organizacija.
Abstract (english)
Creation of the permanent organs represented the cornerstone of institutionalization of international relations and a key step towards the establishment of modern international organizations. Permanent organs represent a constituent element, which is without exception, common to all international organizations. This paper deals with the main and subsidiary bodies of international organizations: plenary bodies, executive organs, administrative bodies, judicial bodies and auxiliary organs. The last part of the paper deals with the decision-making process in international organizations, as the decisions made by organs express the will of international organizations, which is the basis of the legal personality of international organizations.
