Abstract
Informiranje putnika je korisnička usluga koja je jedno od jedanaest funkcionalnih područja ITS-a definirana ISO standardom. Za poboljšanje mogućnosti klasičnog prometnog sustava i kvalitete usluga nužno je uspješno nadopunjavanje informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija sa prometnom infrastrukturom. Pružanje svi potrebnih informacija putnicima na autobusnim kolodvorima izravno utječe na njihov dojam o kvaliteti sustava te na njihovu odluku o ponovnom korištenju usluga autobusni kolodvora i tog moda prometa. Informiranje putnika na autobusnim kolodvora obuhvaća distribuciju vizualnih i zvučnik informacija, prikaz točnog vremena, omogućavanje informiranja putem interneta te dostupnost informacija na pultovima. Za uspješno funkcioniranje sustava informiranja na autobusnom kolodvoru potrebna je efikasna integracija raznih tehnologija i uređaja. U današnje vrijeme internet je postao jako važan, ako ne i najvažniji medij, autobusni kolodvori su uglavnom opremljeni WLAN infrastrukturom koja omogućava jednostavno informiranje putnika putem njihovih mobilnih telefona, prijenosnih računala itd.
Abstract (english)
Informing passengers as costumer service is defined by the ISO taxonomy alog with 10 other functional areas. ITS represent te integration of the information-communication technology with transport infrastructure in order to improve the performance of classic transport system and quality of the services. Providing information to passengers at the terminals resulting in more frequent use of the information services and has a direct impact on their impression of the system qualiti and their decision to use a bus for their voyage again. Passengers information systems at bus terminals involves transmission of sound, display the information, availability of information on the websites and availability of information on the counters. In todays the Internet has become important if not the most important media, so bus terminals are mostly equipped with a WLAN infrastructure that provides passengers informing by their smart phones, laptops, tablets ect.
