Abstract
Ovaj završni rad obraĊuje i prezentira osnovne teorijske postavke odnosa s javnošću na temelju relevantne literature iz istog podruĉja, uz primjenu teorijskih postavki na primjeru tvrtke CityEX. Odnosi s javnošću jedan su od kljuĉnih komponenti poslovanja svake organizacije koji omogućavaju pozicioniranje organizacije u svijesti potrošaĉa. Rad obraĊuje glavne odrednice odnosa s javnošću.Osvrt na teorijski okvir odnosa s javnošću poĉetak je teorijskog dijela ovog rada. Potom slijedi upoznavanje s ustrojem i procesom upravljanja odnosima s javnošću tedjelovanje struĉnjaka u odnosima s javnošću, odnosno upoznavanje s njihovim zadacima i ulogama u organizaciji.Odnosi s javnošću i mediji takoĊer ĉine jedan od glavnih dijelova ovog završnog rada. Mediji su kljuĉni alat pomoću kojeg organizacija, uz pomoć odnosa s javnošću, odašilje svoju poruku javnosti.Kako bi zaokružili ovaj završni rad, provedena je analiza odnosa s javnošću u firmi CityEX na temelju teorijskih postavki koje su predstavljene u ovom radu. Zakljuĉili smo da navedena tvrtka ne pridaje veliku pozornost odnosima s javnošću, iako je važnost odnosa s javnošću shvaćena u svim sektorima poslovanja.

This final paper processes and presents the basic concepts of public relations on the basis of relevant literature from the same area, with the application of theoretical assumptions in the case of the company CityEX. Public relations are one of the key components of every organization that enable positioning of the organization in the minds of consumers. The paper deals with the main determinants of public relations. A review of the theoretical framework of public relations is the beginning of the theoretical part of this paper. This is followed by the introduction to the structure and process of public relations management and operation of experts in public relations, respectively becoming familiar with their tasks and roles in the organization. Public relations and media also constitute one of the main parts of this final paper. The media is a key tool by which the organization, with the help of public relations, transmits their message to the public. To round up this final paper, I conducted an analysis of public relations at the company CityEX based on theoretical assumptions that are presented in this paper. The conclusion is that the listed company does not attach much attention to public relations, although the importance of public relations is grasped in all sectors of business.
