Abstract
Tema ovog rada odnosi se na prikaz doprinosa i koristi od upotrebe energije vjetra kao jednog od oblika obnovljivih izvora energije. Razvoj energije vjetra seže daleko u povijest, još od početaka plovidbe jedrenjacima kada su ljudi spoznali da pomoću pogona vjetra mogu putovati, tj. ploviti. S vremenom upotreba vjetra počinje se intenzivnije koristiti za proizvodnju energije pa je u RH u posljednjim godinama izgrađeno nekoliko vjetroelektrana. Razvoj vjetroelektrana i upotreba energije koju proizvode u energetskoj bilanci RH iz godine u godinu zauzima sve veći udio. Iz toga proizlazi doprinos energije vjetra, odnosno svijest o očuvanju okoliša upotrebom obnovljivih izvora. Najznačajnije doprinose energija vjetra ima u gospodarskoj slici zemlje, odnosno smanjenju uvoza i zadovoljavanja domaćih potreba za energijom ali i u smanjenju štetnih utjecaja na okoliš budući da ne stvara negativne učinke koji narušavaju prirodu.
Abstract (english)
This paper refers to present contributions and benefits of wind power use as one of the forms of renewable energy. The development of wind energy goes back into history, since the people realized that using the wind energy can help them to sail and travel. Over time, the use of wind is intensively used for energy production and in Croatia in, past few years, was built several wind farms. The development of wind power and the use of energy produced by the energy balance of the Republic of Croatia every year have an increasing share. Consequently, the contribution of wind energy and environmental awareness by using renewable resources is very important. The most significant contribution wind energy has in the economic picture, and the reduction of imports and meeting domestic energy needs but also in reducing the harmful impact on the environment since it does not create negative effects that distort the nature.
