Abstract
U ovom radu pregledat će se osnovno pojmovi koji se koriste unutar međunarodnog prava, konkretnije stavki veznih za pravo otvorenog mora, te utjecaj otvorenog mora na pomorsko pravo. Detaljnim prikazom pojmova i pravila pokušat ćemo u kraćim crtama objasnit na koji naćin funkcionira otvoreno more te kako to utječe na razvoj i funkcioniranje države. U daljnjem nastavku koncentrirat ćemo se na konkretne konvencije, Ženevska konvencija o otvorenom moru iz 1958, Konvencija Ujedinjenih naroda o pravu mora iz 1982 te spomenut ćemo još treću konferenciju ujedinjenih naroda o pravu mora, 1973. Konvencije i pravila prikazuju pravila i zakone koje reguliraju odnose na moru i državama koji koriste morske pojaseve i puteve. Na samom kraju rada datićemo zakljućak na temelju svih predhodno iznesenih činjenica.
Abstract (english)
This paper will review the basic terms used within the international law, specifically the items in connecting to the right of the high seas, and its impact on the Law of the Sea. Detailing the terms and conditions we will try to explain how does high sea work and how it affects the development and functioning of the state. In continuation, we will concentrate our report on specific conventions, the Geneva Convention on the High Seas of 1958, the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea in 1982, and we will mention yet a third United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea, 1973. The Convention and the rules show us whays that goverments arrange relations on the sea, and their relations to the countries that use the marine belts. At the end of the paper work our conclusion will be based on all previously mentioned facts.
