AbstractModerne tehnologije u vozilima su sve zastupljenije i pristupačnije širem krugu ljudi. One omogućuju putnicima i vozačima da njihova vožnja bude što sigurnija, udobnija, brža ako je to potrebno i jeftinija. Broj vozila na svijetu je svakim danom sve veći i veći te stoga ne čudi zabrinutost ekoloških udruga za budućnost naše planete. Gledajući da se broj vozila ne može smanjiti, razne vrste tehnologija spriječavaju stvaranje raznih štetnih plinova te ih smanjuju što je više moguće. Osim tehnologija koje poboljšavaju čistoću ispušnih plinova dosta su primjenjivane tehnologije koje utjeću na našu sigurnost u vožnji. Sigurnosne tehnologije se dijele na one aktivne (koje ne dozvoljavaju da se nesreća dogodi) i pasivne (koje smanjuju ozljede pri dogaĎanju nesreće). Najbitniji dio svakog vozila je svakako motor pa je i logično da je uloženo mnogo truda da ga se pospješi sa raznim tehnologija te učini njegov rad što boljim, čišćim i efikasnijim.

Parallel abstract (English)Modern technologies in vehicles are all more prevalent and more accessible to a wider circle of people. They allow passengers and drivers that their driving is safer, more comfortable, faster if necessary and cheaper. The number of vehicles in the world is higher every day, so it is not surprising that environmental groups are concerned about the future of our planet. Since the number of vehicles cannot be reduced, various types of technologies prevent the creation of a variety of harmful gases and reduce them as much as possible. In addition to technologies that improve the purity of exhaust gases technologies that affect our driving safety are fairly applied. Security technologies are classified as active (that do not allow that accidents occur) and passive (which reduce injuries in the event of an accident). The most important part in every vehicle is certainly the engine, so it is logical that companies invest a lot of effort to enhance it with various different technologies. With those technologies engines work better, and they are cleaner and more efficient.
