AbstractUredsko poslovanje propisano je Uredbom o uredskom poslovanju, a obuhvaća skup pravila o postupanju s pismenima i njihovom primanju, izdavanju akata, evidenciji(popisu), odnosno upisivanju pismena u propisane evidencije i dostavi u rad, obradi, korištenju i otpremanju te čuvanju u pismohrani tijela, izlučivanju i predaji nadležnom arhivu ili drugom nadležnom tijelu. Odredbe Uredbe koje se odnose na primjenu klasičnih uredskih sredstava, na odgovarajući se način primjenjuju i na elektroničku obradu dokumenata, osim u slučaju kad je izrijekom propisan postupak za elektroničku obradu dokumenata. Na postupanje s pismenima u elektroničkom obliku primjenjuju se propisi kojima se uređuje postupanje s elektroničkim ispravama. Poslovi uredskog poslovanja obuhvaćaju: primanje i izdavanje akata i drugih dokumenata, njihovu evidenciju i dostavu u rad, otpremanje, razvođenje riješenih predmeta te njihovo čuvanje, izlučivanje i predaju nadležnom arhivu. U načinu vođenja uredskog poslovanja primjenjuje se Uredba o uredskom poslovanju i Pravilnik o jedinstvenim klasifikacijskim oznakama i brojčanim oznakama stvaraoca i primaoca akata. Poslovi uredskog poslovanja vode se u pisarnici Grada Vodica u sklopu koje je ustrojena i pismohrana.

Parallel abstract (English)The office management has been directed by the Regulation of the office management, and it consists of a number of regulations how to conduct with the in writings and their acceptance, acts issuing, the registration, i.e. registering in writings into the regulated evidences and the delivery into the work processing, its usage, forwarding, and preserving in the archives, secreting and forwarding towards the authorized archive or other authorized bodyThe directions of the regulation which refer to the usage of the classic office means, are also used in the proper manner in the electronic data processing, except in the case when the electronic data processing is oral.In the case of data processing in writing many regulations are used.Office management jobs include: accepting and giving the acts and other documents, their registration, delivery, processing, dividing solved subjects, their preservation, secreting and forwarding towards the authorized archive.In the office management the regulation and the statues of the unique classifying marks and the numeral marks of the creators and the receivers must be regulated.Office management jobs are conducted in the writing-room of the town of Vodice which also include the archive.
