AbstractU suvremenim tržišnim uvjetima privređivanja, poslovanje poduzeća izloženo je brojnim promjenama. Da bi poduzeće osiguralo opstanak na tržištu i razvoj, mora se neprestano prilagođavati raznim promjenama, a taj proces prilagođavanja promjenama na tržištu treba biti kontroliran. Otkako je većinski vlasnik Emil Tedeschi 1991. osnovao Atlantic Trade, poduzeće je organskim rastom, strateškim partnerstvima i preuzimanjima izraslo u jednog od uzornih internacionalnih poslovnih sustava koji od 2002. posluje pod nazivom Atlantic Grupa. Posebice su fokusirani na vitaminske napitke i dodatke prehrani, proizvode za zdravlje i njegu, sportsku i funkcionalnu prehranu te VMS i OTC lijekove. Težnja za sustavnim i kontinuiranim rastom potvrđuje se 2007. kada Atlantic izlazi na burzu što je predstavljalo najveću inicijalnu javnu ponudu (IPO) dionica nekog privatnog domaćeg poduzeća. Osim vrlo dobrih poslovnih rezultata koji su prikazani u radu, naglasak je i na korporativnom poduzetništvu, za koje se Atlantic Grupa trudi primjenjivati u svojem svakodnevnom poslovanju.

Parallel abstract (English)In modern market conditions the company's business is exposed to numerous changes. In order to ensure survival and development, companies have to be able to adapt constantly to various changes and this adaptation process needs to be controlled. Since the majority owner Emil Tedeschi in 1991 founded the Atlantic Trade, the company's organic growth, strategic partnerships and acquisitions has grown into one of the exemplary international business system, which since 2002 has been operating under the name Atlantic Group. They are particularly focused on vitamin drinks and food supplements, products for health and care, sports and functional food and VMS and OTC drugs. The pursuit of systematic and continuous growth confirmed in 2007 when Atlantic out on the stock exchange which was the largest initial public offering (IPO) of shares of a private domestic companies. In addition to very good business results that are presented in this paper, the emphasis is on corporate entrepreneurship, for which the Atlantic Group strives to apply in their daily operations.
