Abstract
U radu se opisuje željeznički prijevoz robe u Republici Hrvatskoj, njegov povijesni razvoj, kao i trenutno stanje. Željeznički promet kao jedan od najstarijih modernih vrsta prometa u povijesti je imao ključnu ulogu u gospodarskom razvoju država. Posljednjih desetljeća željeznički promet bilježi pad u prijevozu kako robe, tako i putnika. Željeznički prijevoz robe ne pruža mogućnost prijevoza od vrata do vrata što pruža cestovni promet, koji je i konkurentniji. Predočena je statistička analiza prijevoza robe u RH za razdoblje od 2011. do 2015. godine., prikazani su tablice i grafove na kojima se uočavaju promjene prijevoza robe kroz razdoblje od pet godina.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the railway transport in the Republic of Croatia, its historical development and current status. Rail transport as one of the oldest types of modern transport in history has played a key role in the economic development of the country. In recent decades, rail traffic decreased in the transport of goods and passengers. Rail transport does not provide transportation from door to door that provides road transport, which is more competitive. It is presented a statistical analysis of the transport of goods in the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2011 to 2015., and there are presented tables and graphs on which we can see changes in the transport of goods over a period of five years.
