Abstract
Tema završnog rada je analiza financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Siemens Hrvatska, u radu se u samom početku govori o poduzeću Siemens, o njegovom osnivanju, upravljačkoj i vlasničkoj strukturi te o zaposlenicima i proizvodnom asortimanu. Nadalje, u sljedećim poglavljima rada više se bazira na samo poslovanje Siemensa, na bilancu, račun dobiti i gubitka te novčane tijekove. Potom se za svaku stavku posebno rade horizontalna i vertikalna analiza te se dobiveni podatci komentiraju i uspoređuju a analiza se radi za promatrane tri godine. Također, izračunati su i obrađeni razni pokazatelji koji am pokazuju stanje poduzeća u odnosu na tri promatrane godine, njegove promjene i kretanja pokazatelja. Na samom kraju rada nalaze se neke preporuke za budućnost te zaključak, popis literature te popis tablica, slika i grafikona.
Abstract (english)
The theme of the dissertation is to analyze the financial statements of the company Siemens Croatia, the paper in the beginning about the company Siemens, on its establishment, the control and ownership structure as well as the employees and product mix. Furthermore, in the following chapters work more based on only the business of Siemens, the balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flows. Then for each item separately working horizontal and vertical analysis, and the results of the data and comments comparing the analysis is done for the observed three years. Also, calculated and analyzed various indicators that show the status of the company am in relation to the three observed years, its changes and trends indicators. At the end of the article are some recommendations for the future of this conclusion, a bibliography and a list of tables, figures and graphs.
